Its function is to convert electrical energy into thermal energy, which is used to melt silicon material and maintain single crystal growth at a certain temperature. Graphite thermal fields are usually made of graphite material, which has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, high heat resistance and high chemical stability, and is suitable for use in high temperature and high vacuum environments. The graphite thermal field has good chemical stability and can prevent contamination of silicon materials during the melting and growth process. Extend the service life of graphite thermal field and its performance directly affects the quality of single crystal silicon. With the continuous development of single crystal silicon manufacturing technology, the graphite thermal field has been continuously improved to meet higher requirements. The graphite thermal field mainly consists of the following parts:

Crucible: A container for melting silicon. Graphite crucibles usually adopt a three-petal structure to prevent silicon material from overflowing during the melting process.

Electrode: A conductor used to transfer electrical energy to the crucible. Graphite electrodes have good electrical conductivity and high temperature resistance.

Heater: A device used to generate heat. Graphite heaters usually use resistance heating to adjust the temperature as needed.

Insulation: A layer used to prevent heat from escaping outward. Graphite thermal insulation layer has good thermal insulation properties and can help improve the efficiency of the thermal field.

Packaging personnel wear dust-free gloves throughout the packaging process, and each product is individually packaged with pearl cotton. Each product in each layer is separated by cardboard, and finally placed in wooden boxes for packaging to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation.

The product will be shipped within three days at the earliest after the customer places the order. The specific delivery time will be determined according to the customer's demand and requirements. After confirming the delivery cycle with the customer, our company will reasonably arrange the time to ensure that it is shipped within the time required by the customer.
