The main raw material for graphite crucibles is graphite powder, which is mixed with other materials. Many manufacturers want to make this product, but they don't understand the formula inside the materials, so they dare not invest easily. Only with a reasonable material ratio can qualified crucible products be produced.
The specific production process of graphite crucibles is as follows:
1. The formula of the crucible needs to be insulated with a double axis mixing barrel to mix all the materials together according to the ratio;
2. After mixing the materials, use a paste measuring hopper to measure how much material is needed to press into a crucible;
3. The measured material needs a set of conveying devices to transport the material into the machine, and the conveying devices should be arranged according to the user's on-site conditions;
4. The material is transported to the mold for pressing. The mold is designed in a dual station fully automatic mode, with the freedom to set the number of exhausts. Stations 1 and 2 work alternately, with high pressing efficiency. The demolding adopts a multi-level hydraulic system, ensuring smooth demolding and crucible density;
The most core machine for pressing crucibles is the crucible forming hydraulic press. Different models of hydraulic presses are customized according to the size of the product. Currently, the most commonly used is the 1500 ton, 2000 ton, and 2500 ton crucible forming hydraulic press;
6. After pressing the crucible, demold it and let it dry before firing it in the furnace. A complete crucible product is ready.
